There is no way i would let this company represent my brand. I didn't feel safe. No mask wearing inside. Guy lit a cigarette inside the office while I was there. He trash talked Uhaul and even yelled at me once because I couldn't understand his mumbling while talking to me, with his back to me. I will never go there again. I will pay double not to.

The truck that I was originally assigned would not start. I called and was issued a different truck. The people who I spoke to were very nice, but the issue made me considerably late to the appointment that I had to pick up furniture. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the experience.

Had a pitbull that jumped up on me several times. This was after standing around for 10 minutes waiting for someone to notice I was there. The guy that took the truck was quick and polite, however.

The location is dirty and confusing, hard to navigate as it requires driving through a scrapyard. Location felt unsafe and staff were rude and unhelpful. Staff also we're not on location during hours they advertised being open for business.

The truck was clean, however, the battery was dead and had to be jump started. There was an immediate "check gas cap" light that came on, and less than 10 minutes from picking up the truck, the check engine light came on.

The process was a nightmare. The pickup location was incorrect and furthermore scary. I was overcharged so much that my checking account was closed. The only that was OK was the truck. Everything else was a nightmare. I feel like U-haul owes me something over $100 and I would love to talk to someone about it - I got ZERO response from any phone number when I tried to address it at the time. NIGHTMARE. I regret using your service enormously and I am very vocal about it, should anyone ask.

Owner had way too many other trucks and cars at this location (all were not UHaul) and seemed to have a "didn't really want to be bothered" type of attitude at first. Heavy cigarette smell in that office too! Anyways I think UHaul charges WAY too much just for a few hours, same day rental!! Even though they don't require a security deposit like some of the other places, they get you on hidden taxes and fuel. The gas tank was just small tick under the FULL mark and I still got charged and extra $7.00 and then some $8.00 tax fee!! Also, I was referred this location because the previous location that I first did the reservation with, PowerZone claimed they didn't have the truck size that I requested, but when I drove by the Powerzone place they had exactly what I needed, that was kinda weird to tell me that, almost like they were lying or something! Anyways, be weary of hidden fees and make sure the gas tank is overflowing or they will find constant ways to charge you.

The location looked like a junkyard back in the woods and he's very unprofessional and made things more complicated. I didn't feel comfortable being there I was treated pretty bad because he was wanting more money after I had already paid. He ignored me when I first walked in as if he didn't acknowledged me being there to drop off the truck. He looked dirty and greasy with a very unprofessional attitude.

This location is very non--professional, hard to find, and incompetent. The improvement needs to come from U-haul itself, not the local renter. This location was not the original one I choose, which was much closer to my starting point. So, U-haul added on an extra 20 miles for no reason! The original location I rented from, call me the day of pick up wanting to know why I didn't come get my truck! I am not impressed with U-haul and will not be recommending to anyone

Was not clear at all where to go to check in to rent equipment. Very sketchy place. Wasted my time by not checking condition of equipment before arriving and had no other tow dolleys available. Very disappointing facility

U-Haul sent me here after Dominion screwed up my order (they are the worst!) This site was 20 minutes out of the way. The site is really crowded and tough to navigate. The guys are gruff, but know what they're doing. It will take a little extra time to do your pickup here.

It was a great experience moving to a different party of the US. The moving truck was cleaned and serviced well, however one issue we would like to point out is that the provider was smoking cigarettes in the truck and in the renal office while we were trying to pick up and fill out paperwork.
