No mobile pickup. Website states this location allows it, it does not. Location did not have any dollys that were requested. Moving pads were not in truck but I was still charged for them.

Original reservation was at 7027 E 86th, Indianapolis. They had no trailer. Found one at the Cicero location. When I arrived there no one was there even though during posted business hours. Wait for them for about 20 minutes. When I returned trailer had to track someone down in the back of their lot. The rental was one big hassle.

Ricky B.While the vehicle didn't have any trash or debris inside of it, it was also not swept out which would make it unclear if I would later be charged for a vehicle not swept out upon return. The engine light was on the entire time. I did not realize the gas cap was missing until I went to fill it up. I picked up the vehicle with 1/8 of tank of fuel which doesn't get one very far down the road and is not a good way to start off a rental.
