Arrived at pick up location at 755am, suppose to pick up at 8am. At 815 the shop was still not open, I called the customer service number and got hung up on by accident. Called back and talked to someone that was helpful. She called the regional person and finally the attendant arrived at the shop at 827am. 27 minutes late. He does not greet me, say hello, sorry for being late, piss off, nothing. He proceeds to open the entire store including going into the back to turn on some other items while I wanted for him to get me into the truck. When I mentioned this to him, he got pissy with me and said he had to wait for the computer to start up (this was the first thing he said to me that morning). He then had a hard time getting my info which I had completed online earlier that morning because I was on a tight time frame. I had to do it all over with him and then he had me go inspect the truck by myself. All in all, I was an hour behind before pulling out of the parking lot, with people waiting at my house to help move. Then the drop off was difficult because the lady wanted to argue with me about the gas level not being correct. I had just put 6 gallons of gas in the truck after driving it 39 miles with no idle time. I finally convinced her to come out with me and I had to explain to her how to read a gas gauge. She then mumbled something under her breath and went back inside. All in all, a really shitty experience at the site. I was also told by the person on the phone earlier in the day that I would hear from the regional person to "make things right" and I am not surprised to report that that didn't happen either. All in all, very disappointed with the experience. I would like a call back to explain what UHaul is going to do to make this right. 513 265 9390

The customer service was not very fast. There was only one person working at the north bend location and they were trying to do the uhaul side and the other side of the convient store.

The guy working was very patient, polite, and helpful. He called the pickup location again for us and told them what to do, and called his dispatch and got everything done. He sat with us for an hour while also managing his store by himself.

Not very friendly. It was like pulling teeth to get the guy to talk, no explanation of the bill, when an African American guy walked it he had great conversation and smiled at /with him. With us there was nothing extra.

I scheduled my pick up online about 10 days before the move. This was not my original pick up point. I think they switched it because of the day (12.31.2018). It is a gas station convenient store. The clerk was very familiar with the UHaul procedures. We were on the road in 10 minutes. The vehicle was in excellent condition. I would recommended this location. Thank you!

The truck worked well but was very dirty. I was charged a safe driver charge that I did not apply for (28$). The clerk should have been more forthright with the charges .

Upon returning the 20ft Uhaul the owner inside of store told me to put gas in the truck, and I expressed that the gas hand is on Full and took a picture, he relentlessly argued with me that just because it is on F does not make it Full... Then went as far as to cuss at me and call me names to unbearable to post. I put $5.00 in and he still called me a Kahn and Cheat, when the gas hand was on full. Serious negativity and definitely should not be trusted. Really unbelievable that he communicated like that to me. Beware!!!

This location is a gas station Mini Mart. U-Haul is a side business and customers are treated as less important than Mini Mart customers. They bring up every customer who came in the door while I was there while I waited to have the truck inspected and returned after a long day of moving.

I rented the truck on two separate days in order to complete the move. Both times when I returned the truck I was made to wait until there were no customers in the store before I could be checked out and attended to. I waited for at least half an hour before I was taken care of while other customers walked in and out of the convenience store and I continued to wait. They failed to see I was a customer as well. It was as if I was an inconvenience to their regular business.

I was hesitant to use this location because of the reviews but it was the closet location to me. The man at the counter was nice and helpful and straight to the point. He did have to stop to assist a a customer getting gas but I really didn’t mind-they’re a gas station first.

Person was running a grocery store and they Uhaul. Kept stopping helping me to ring up customers. Took forever.

The person who checked me out had numerous difficulties with the system. I had pre-registered and pre-paid, but she insisted that I still had to pay. She had to restart the process several times and I had to wait for regular store customers often.

The gentleman who rented me the truck was very rude. He did a couple things that would rate as a zero when it comes to customer service. 1. when the mailman walked in and handed him his mail, he started to open it and read it while servicing my reservation. I had to ask him to stop and complete my reservation so I could leave. 2. He would not walk around the truck with me to verify if everything was as written in the contract and if all equipment was there. I told him there was no two wheel dolly but he declined to take it off my bill saying he couldn't. I still have not received my $10.00 credit for it.

I don't believe I should have charge double because I didn't have the truck back by 2. They said someone was waiting for it ,but when I got there they had a truck sitting there that could have been rented.

The place wasn’t very well marked, I wasn’t sure I was in the right place when I came to the address. I was also charged an extra 42$ when I hadn’t agreed to it while making the reservation. This hidden fee was a surprise and not necessary.

We had a discrepancy with the mileage on the truck. The pick up location had entered the incorrect mileage (136647 vs 13647) on the paperwork. The owner of the dropoff location worked with UHaul to fix the problem.

The guy was very rude. He didn't mention the $14.00 in insurance that I didn't need. When I said I didn't ask for that, he said "I have your credit card, read your contract". It felt like a shady deal and he was a real jerk to me. The UHaul's should be pulled from his Shell gas station!

I was very upset when I paid my bill. When I reserved my truck I was told it was $250. The day I picked it up I was charged $303. I was told there was nothing I could do but cancel the truck knowing I couldn't do that. I told him I had a reference # but he said I had to have a copy of the amount. This makes me think twice about using you again and I'm planning on moving soon. I don't like to be lied to.
