We were charged for fuel and fuel fee.the driver put fuel in it before returning.we have reciept and drive same route each week.we were told they would look into it.the have not called and will not answer phone.

Although the area was cleaned and maintained, the outside of it wasn’t very inviting. Also the trucks were not pulled into a great spot for customers to pull out of the parking lot.
Caleb WThere needs to be a representative present. The building was run down, they had a person there call the uhaul guy on his phone and they wanted me to give my cc info over the phone and I said no. I had a scheduled pick up apt during open building hours.
