The truck was dirty with a piece of tree stump and branches inside the bed and the driver floor was also with pine cones and dirt. The outside of the truck passenger side to the rear back wheels have a black long scratch prior to me renting.

The rep on call was very hard to understand. I was under the opinion that we would receive credit for an extra quarter of a tank of gas. I am now learning that is not the case. A few miles, I have not problem paying for; $30.00 of gas...I am not happy about.

Call to notify of a charge to the customer’s card, call to notify customer they’re dispute was not over turned ( not email) because you don’t know what the circumstances were and it was your company’s fault for the dispute, do not have pick up locations at shady gas stations where they try to charge you when you already paid for the rental and then say that the customer still owes more money and when a call to uhaul is made they say they fixed the problem and the customer does not owe anymore money , do not let that same gas station give a defective auto transport to a customer and when almost at location it start dragging and customer has to fix it temporarily in order to get to destination, do not have employees at initial drop off location work on the problematical auto transport and not turn off engine so customer has to put more gas and that leads me to the next point of do not tell customer to return the rental to a location that is full and then when the customer calls back and asks about gas and miles since the location was full the customer was assured an extra 15 miles were added to rental and gas would not be a problem , over all this rental from uhaul was the worst experience I have ever had from pick up till drop off and I would rather pay a lot more money from another place then ever rent with uhaul also I was charged a late fee for the gas situation even though I disputed the situation and tried to contact the manager that emailed me Dominique Brown from Washington D.C that told me I still had to pay instead of calling me

Charged an additional amount without consent, I feel this is unethical. It was raining out and the guy told me I was good to go. Please refund this or I will dispute with credit card company.

It was an interesting experience to say the least. The truck was in excellent condition and did the job I needed it to. The staff was nice, but a little difficult to communicate with. I was charged for the number of miles estimated (15) rather than the actual number of miles driven (10)... No one double checked the mileage/gas/condition of the truck when I was finished with it. Overall it was an average experience but I got done what I needed.

This location was extremely friendly and easy to work with. The truck I used was practically new so there are absolutely no complaints about the equipment that was rented. The absolute only thing that I would say could be improved would be that the attendants are better trained to help customers. I had to wait for the owner but he was wonderful and overall I am very pleased with my experience. Thank you.

When I made the original reservation I requested to pick up the truck and trailer at the PENNSAUKEN, NJ location which is less than five miles fr my home. Upon arrival I was told that someone changed my p/u location to the Clemonton facility. That was a twenty minute drive for me. Upon arrival there the mgr(Leslie) informed me that my Trailer had already been released due to an emergency. Then after that facility made a few phones I was directed to drive to 100 Chews Landing. Upon arrival there the associate and I had a severe language barrier and I found it difficult to communicate with him. At this point he phoned his supervisor and put me on the phone where I was assured that he could help me. I then waited nearly twenty minutes for this supervisor to arrive onsite and he then took care of my needs. This breakdown in communication btwn three separate U-Haul facilities has added so much anxiety to an already stressful situation and should have never occurred. I was very dissapointed at the beginning but successfully completed the mission.

The owner did not know what he was doing or even if I was to drop off, not helpful at all and talks down to the customers. Did not lift a finger to help, does not know how to talk to people. You can believe if I have to drop off here again I will speak to him in the manner in which he speaks to me.

Everything. The reservation was not held. The price we were given when we ordered the service a month prior did not remotely reflect the charges. We were first told that they didn't have the equipment we ordered, then that they did but we couldn't take it, and then we were still charged for it anyway. Based on the "service" we received, I would recommend disallowing this location from renting for U-Haul; they were atrocious.

Employee was rude, agreed to pick the towndolly up at 1-130pm, called when I was 10 minutes away to let him know he said ok he be there with it ready, got there the no employee was to be found called him back he said he just left for lunch and would be back in 20 minutes. Sat there and waited he finally showed up 45 minutes latter, hidden fees that I did not agreed to, and the tow dolly seemed as if it was not being well maintained horrible employee and horrible service
