The guys there were professional and helpful.
Timothy FMy location was changed 1 day before the rental despite placing the order 1month in advance. The location took 40 additional minutes to get to and another 160 minutes total between both trips for the person providing me transportation to and from. My online agreement called for having the truck for 4 days. The new pickup location demanded the truck be back the next day. I agreed knowing I would never rent from U Haul again so easy decision.

Miguel BPerson was not accurate about the gas gauge in the vehicle. Had me sign that the gauge “is slightly less than half a tank” without looking at gauge. When I got in the truck I took a picture of the gauge and it showed less than a 1/4 of a tank with 59 miles remaining for the tank. The mileage was accurate as stated on my paperwork. Immediately had to fill the gas tank of the truck.
