Everything was fine and I want to thank the attendant at the drop off location for taking the time to search for my reservation/contract and then taking the time to manually transfer my contract to his drop off location so I didn't have to go two towns out of my way because the attendant at the pick up location messed up and assigned it to the wrong location (not the one chosen on my reservation). The drop off location attendant was helpful, calm and professional.
