This is at a gas station. No one to help with hook up. Only one attendant. Was waiting on other customers while doing my paperwork. Had to redo everything I had done online already to pick up. Wrong dates were given for drop off which caused additional fees. Would not recommend this area to rent a haul.

Everything was good. The ladies at Cougar Shell were Great to work with.
Lisa SI was charged extra day when I know I had returned truck on time. Cashier did not know what to do and thus the return went 30 minutes over and I was charged for another day.
Robert WThe experience was not good. The truck was absolutely disgusting. Covered in dog hair & old food in the cab. The back of the truck was full of dirt & a bit of garbage. I paid for an appliance dolly & moving pads & they were not provided. I mentioned all of this to the employees of the gas station, they advised they aren’t supposed to clean the trucks & haven’t been trained yet on how to do uhaul. Very, very bad experience!!!!!!!!!!
