No clear signage about where to park for pickup. No drainage on the parking lot lead to huge puddles under most of the trucks when it rains a little. But the worst part was that the entire U-haul backend was rubbish and took nearly forty-five minutes to get my truck, hidden costs more than TRIPLING the advertised cost, and the entire burden of equipment inspection is offloaded onto the customer, namely me. I will not be a repeat customer.
