WILLIAM P.When I went to pick my truck up(curbside pickup) the attendant waived me inside said he could do it faster. He added charges to my reservation, didn't tell me. I never agreed to them nor authorized them. When he gave me a receipt I said this is a mistake he said call uhaul, he couldn't change anything.
