The person I talked to was nice and quick. Issue was the vehicle had a broken cable that caused us to call roadside assistance and spend 4 hours trying to fix it. Also the location is 30 mins away from the one I originally chose so that was a pain. There's not really any signage that it was associated with Uhaul either, and I wasn't told that the location was called RK Automotive so it was annoying to find and get to.
