Truck was filthy inside with trash, dirt, and grass clippings on the floor. I stopped for supplies at another Uhaul location and the employee there said he'd be fired for giving me a truck in that condition. The employee at the turn-in location noted the truck was also very dirty on the outside. There was only about 1/4 tank of gas at pickup. The clerk didn't ask for any ID and didn't ask me to sign anything before handing over the keys. This location is not up to Uhaul standards and does not appear to care.

The staff were very helpful. I was late picking up the vehicle and the staff called to verify I was still coming and then adjusted the pick up time for me. Everything was smooth from beginning to end. Thank you!
Ivy PCheck in took longer than expected. The truck did not have the blankets in it, so it was not ready to go, and the truck was very low on gas. Down to 42 miles to empty.
Dewey LWas told my rental would be about $1500-1600 from Colorado Springs to Boise. Came out closer to $4000. Ver upset
