Lock was broken on back of truck. Uhual had to dispatch a lock smith. Truck was not cleaned out (likely because the lock was broken and could not be unlocked). No contact pick up did not work, I had to wait 45 minutes to pick up truck from scheduled rental time. Truck has water inside from rain.

The truck that was reserved was not there.
Thomas KClerk was not helpful. Did not discuss or confirm condition of the vehicle with me when I picked up. Windshield was cracked. Cab and cargo area were both dirty. Wrong fuel level was recorded (more than actual fuel gauge reading). When we returned the vehicle, they insisted that we fill it back to the incorrect level it had said it was at when we picked up. In spite of having only driven 12 miles, we ended up putting five gallons of gas in it just so they wouldn't say we had returned it with less fuel.
