Picking up the truck was a nightmare as there was no staff at the pickup (site was closed for the weekend) and I was given no instructions for getting a key to the truck (had to call customer support myself and was cut off while being placed on hold). In addition the dolly and pads I had requested weren't in the truck. The lock I finally had to undo to get the key was EXTREMELY hard to open. The site itself was in a very dodgy neighborhood. The online boarding process was slow and excruciating. The online check-in/check-out process is inadequate and prone to failure. I honestly have zero desire to use U-haul again. Id honestly like my 10 in gas money returned.
