I changed my rental to this site after previous site I reserved at had bad reviews. This site was outstanding. The gentleman was very helpful. Also, when I was searching for this site, I got a text from U-Haul asking if I wanted a call from a representative to help me and that representative was very helpful. Great service

Thomas STruck was not very clean and the service engine indicator was on the entire rental. It would have been useful if someone would have explained how to make adjustments to the equipment on the truck, especially the external mirrors which could not be adjusted. Also, the location was closed prior to posted business hours which made the return difficult.
