Waldemar E.The door of the business was padlocked. Through the window, it looked like the business had closed down. Sign on the door said ‘restaurant coming soon'. I went around back to the lockboxes, called the listed phone #, received no answer. Called the phone # for the location listed in the confirmation email (a different # than listed on the lock boxes) - also no answer. Called U-Haul directly, spoke to an agent who had the Area Manager contact the location. Finally got in contact. Actual process was smooth after that, with decent customer service. Then came the return. The website said to use the geolocation to prove the drop-off time, but the website failed to validate location. I quickly got my final invoice the next day, so that was good. Overall, the pickup fiasco was pretty frustrating.
