Very disappointed in staff. Received a phone call asking where I was on my return date. Told the caller that I had not been told to bring the vehicle to him but rather to another location closer to my destination. He rudely told me that since I had not returned it to him I would be charged $50 extra. Will never deal with this location again.

Trucks were very dirty! People had clothes and trash inside the back of the vehicles. Once I cleaned that out went to the store and came back they had another truck opened and put there stuff into that vehicle.
Alex DI had ordered an appliance dolly. It was not provided. They stated they only had the trucks, but not anything else. This was not my first choice location, it was an additional hour round trip to get the truck. Additionally, in the back there was a huge trash bag filled with frozen pizzas. Which means they hadn’t inspected it prior to rerenting it.
sherry rThe employees in the location need to be trained on how to handle the process of someone renting or returning UHAUL products. When I returned the trailer, I had rented, the employee in the store looked at me and said I have no ideal how to do this. She told me that someone she was texting would do it from home. I understand that this may be something that is not done every day, but if UHAUL wasn't helpful this could cause people to pay for more time than they used the rented product. When I called UHAUL the next day at 1200 it had not been completed and the person at UHAUL nor myself were able to contact the Mini Mart by phone, it was like the phone was disconnected. I had to go back by the Mini Mart after I left work at 5PM and make sure the Mini Mart completed the process of me returning the trailer. As far as UHAUL, the employee I talked to on the phone was very helpful and tried to resolve the issue. I believe I talked with Audrey.
STEVE DTruck was completely nasty I had to take time out of my day to clean it before I could haul my items. The back of the truck had old clothes and a crack pipe like someone was living in it. I didn't get any discount or compensation for my work in cleaning out the truck but if I would've left the truck dirty I would've gotten a clean fee charged to me.
