I am in my 60 s the 12ft trailer enclosed the worker told me to go on out start hooking up I tried lifting it was a little to heavy to manouver the trailer on to the hitch. He finally did come out , later that day I drove by & a lady by herself was struggling to hook it up I do not know if anyone helped or not

Very positive experience. The young man assisted my husband with hooking up the trailer. He was so kind and thoughtful on both the initial visit and the return. Asking how his finger was as he had injured it the day prior at pickup.

Michel M.If anything to be able to have the 3rd party dealers/lenders to get all applied rental products for us. The move was great as the 26ft U-Haul was perfect for a couple in a 3 bedroom apartment to move everything exactly perfect, all though we ordered a Appliance Dolly, there was none included with the truck. If i'd of known ahead of time which caused some issues previously and had planned the day with the dolly/truck in mind, i would of went to home depot to rent one lol. 3rd time this happens is why i complain about it.
Sebastien S.U haul changed my pickup location an i have to s0ent two hrs to collect and have to fuelmthe truck my my cost. When changing location of pickup i was told it will be discounted.
