I returned the truck same day late night. So it's closed and next day morning I called the bank and informed the agent, he told me not yet checked once finished let me know and cut the call. After 10' clock I received the final invoice email and once I checked the link they charged me almost 12 CAD for shortage of petrol. But I returned the same level and once I took both pictures from before and after with me and share the same pictures to the email. After that they will refund the amount and if no one claimed it will not come back . So I need to wait for this amount for next 3 to 5 days back to my account. So I am a google guide and I will share my experience with you to public to caution from others not getting trouble atleast.

the pickup truck was on summer tires and we had to go through a snow storm really dangerous and innaceptable to rent a truck in winter without winter tires
Gabrielle M.The dolly trailer was clean. But one fender and tail light was duct taped. Additionally, one ratchet to tighten the towed vehicle wheel on the dolly was broken. Everything else on the trailer was working properly.
Raynald L.Pickup hours on Saturday appear to be until noon and they are not open on Sunday. Despite reserving a utility dolly and furniture dolly they were not with the truck nor available from this location. I am unsure where the reservation was dropped as U-Haul customer service agent was not much help. I ended up asking a former U-Haul employee to reach out to reserve from another location so that I could be assured that the "holding" part of reserving the equipment would be done. How to improve: 1. "hold" reserved equipment 2. Quit trying to get customers tow U-Haul equipment. First under the sneaky guise like you are giving them something then offering a monetary compensation that doesn't come close to covering the additional fuel, time and burden.
