Great people and quick service!
Christopher BarszczThe gentleman we spoke to was very friendly and helped us very quickly.
Heather Ware☆ ☆☆ First off: A SUPER SHOUT-OUT to UHaul CUSTOMER REP. LY-TIA!!!! YOUR OUTSTANDING DILIGENCE, PATIENCE, AND KINDNESS - 3 SEPARATE TIMES ON AN EARLY SATURDAY MORNING - WERE INCREDIBLE!!! WE COULD NOT HAVE MADE THIS MOVE WITHOUT YOU!!!! We were fortunate LYTIA found this afterhours UHaul location for us when West Virginia Outdoor Power of Keyser WV dropped the ball. ▪︎ THE TRUCK: Cab reeked of stale cigarette smoke, there were oily splotches all over the console, and crumbs and dried drink residue in the cupholders, the foot areas on both sides were clean enough. The cargo area was clean enough. Drivers side window needed to be nursed back up - by two people - when rolled down (due to the cigarette smell); and passenger has to get back in from drivers side (or driver has to throw their back out reaching over to pull door handle from inside) if passenger locks their door when they go to the loo. UHAUL, PLEASE CLEAN, DISINFECT, AND INSPECT THE TRUCKS, ESPECIALLY THE CABS, BETWEEN RENTALS -- THE PEOPLE ARE THE MOST PRECIOUS "CARGO" IN YOUR VEHICLES.
John MillerDon’t change drop off locations after people pick them and are ok’d.
