Needs an adapter for the trailer

David CNo personnel present. It was 24 hr. drop off which was convenient, but no one there at 3:30pm on a weekday to specify where, or how to drop off the rental. We left crossing our fingers that we had taken all the correct steps.
BRADLEY KWe arrived on the site and there was no one there to help us. We called the number and the young lady, owner, said she would be there as soon as possible. It was our only hiccup of the day she got there quickly got us our vehicle and was super easy to work with.
