No store front and poor communication about process for rental. Paperwork was sent an hour and a half after scheduled pick up. All vehicles were blocked in by transport trailers. The previous mover had left garbage in the back of the truck. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Do not rent from here if you value your time. I was told someone would meet me, but they never showed. After finding the truck buried in a warehouse area, I discovered it hadn't been cleaned. The dolly I ordered wasn't included, and the person on the phone was incredibly rude, instructing me to find one on my own or drive to another dealer to pick one up. LOL. Well apparently he runs 6 of these locations so he's a very busy person...I guess his time is much more valuable than mine. This location is completely disorganized and has terrible customer service. Oh and he kept trying to get me to do a round-trip instead of a oneway, very unprofessional.
