The truck needs engine work beyond the check engine light that stayed on. It has transmission problems which won't allow the vehicle to go over 60 mph which cost me twice as much in fuel cost. There's a terrible exhaust leak which nearly choked me the entire trip that took twice as long due to the engine/transmission issues. The mirrors were seized and unable to be adjusted. The vehicle was not cleaned in or outside. I had to wash the salt off the windows and mirrors in order to see. There's plenty other problems. Before I'm told some of these things are normal, I owned 7 flatbed semi's at one time and have driven over a million miles. I do understand proper operation and maintenance of a vehicle. This vehicle has 104k miles and 4 years old and absolutely no excuse for its poor performance and condition.

I was held up here for 2 hours due to the place not having an atm to deposit money to my card, and the phone agent negligence of giving me the wrong total amount. The gas should've been on full and it did not show 3/8ths..despite what the paper showed.

Dythine GPerson at shell was helpful and did his best while juggling other customers. We had to sweep out filthy before using. Only had 3 quarters of a tank of gas (at a gas station) are you kidding me? truckVery nice man. We originally had a confirmed pickup location at another Denton location. Nobody was there and no truck. Waited 20 min, called and spoke to someone in Texas who kindly transferred us to a ringing number. Again no answer. We solved the problem by going to this location and luckily they had a truck. We were delayed almost an hour and had a lot of aggravation. Won't ever go to that location again.
MARK MThe whole experience was great! Everything was clean, getting the truck was smooth sailing, returning it was the same. I would recommend them in a heart beat and I would only use them in the future. I will say though, the truck I got was a 26ft truck and thank the Lord I had a friend and a brother drive it, cuz I was scared 😱 😨!!!
