My move was hectic, but this was a really easy pickup and return process. The customer service was excellent, I didn't catch her name but the employee that helped me was super friendly, helpful and made this entire process smooth!
Buyenyo O.I picked up the truck before the office was open and signed in on-line ahead of time. Went over to pick up the truck and went to the email as instructed and it was asking me for additional information, ie passport, rental agreement. I own my home so one was not applicable, but none of the information is something people normally carry with them. I had to call customer service, which originally sent me to South Dakota who said they would have to transfer me to someone in Iowa. She transferred me to someone in Minnesota. She was able to help me complete the rental process. While driving the truck I noticed that the keychain that is attached to the key makes driving the truck potentially dangerous. The keychain hangs right above my leg while in the ignition. When coming off the gas to get on the brake the keychain would jam between my leg and they key itself preventing me from getting to the brake. This presents a dangerous situation in the case of an emergency braking situation.
