Their systems was not working. They charged my card twice. Told me that the first transaction didn't go through. Now I have two charges pending from them. Then they didn't have the car dolly that I put with it. Had to drive 30 minutes out to get it. Then their system was down as well. We asked if it was going to be an additional charge. They told us no just for them to tell us it was $62 dollars. Then they called and said that we didn't pay for it and we can get in trouble. But on my card it shows it took the money. They tried to charge me again for the car dolly two more times. One transaction was for the $62 and the other was for $81. I'm glad that my card was locked by then. They told me that I had equipment that was not paid for which it was!! Then said that the worker shouldn't had let me leave with the car dolly and that I could get in trouble for it. So moral of the story I wouldn't go through this u-haul.

I dropped off after hours, I really can't answer questions 2 and 3 because I was never inside, and never actually talked to anyone there
Thomas OLocation was open and everything on-time when I arrived. Great customer service and a kind person helping me out. Trailers were easy to access and I was really pleased with their condition -- spotless inside!

PHILIP TOnly complaint was chains hung too low from trailer to car hitch. Told the guy I was concerned about it but he kind of shrugged it off. One chain eventually broke. Didn’t cause an issue but did worry me a bit.
