The location isn't the problem - your whole process is trash. Your reso system is pointless- we have to redo everything at the site anyway, and there are infinite hidden fees. Then you give such variable information about time to return and requirements for return, then change them halfway through the trip by demanding a phone call by text, and changing the drop off location to somewhere many miles further away from the original agreed upon location.

AnnMarie SpielmanI rented a box truck. The fuel tank was not filled when we picked it up. Spent $75 on fuel for only driving it 70 miles. Was told I was gonna get a phone call today from the manager and they never called.
Gregory MitasCustomer service was not that great. Originally was being told it was $20,99 and $0,99 a mile for 6 hours. Asked if I could pay cash and was told yes. Asked for my ID took my info, and then someone else said that if I wanted to pay with cash, I had to pay $100 deposit and $65 and they needed a credit card. And after I gave them the card and said I didn't want my card charged, use it as a means to having a card on file, but I wanted to pay cash. They then charge my card 65.00. I told them I didn't want my card charged. They said they had to now. But if I wanted to pay cash it was $165 I had to pt. Nothing matched the original pricing of $20,99 and $0,99 given. I brought the truck back by 7pm so only had the truck for 4 hours and drove it 26 miles total. And I put $9,77 in gas into the truck. I'm expecting to get money back to my card because $20,99 and $0,99 a mile is only $46,73 even with the $9,77 in gas I put in does not equal the $66,63 charged to my card. When I dropped off, the guy there, took the keys, and said thank you. I asked for a receipt, and he said it would be emailed to me. I told him they never asked for my email. I want a receipt. Over 20 minutes I had to wait for a receipt only to see my card was charged $66.63. All around terrible service and over charged for having the truck for 4 hours. Would hope to be able to be given a refund of the difference for what I was told originally and what I was actually charged. But, I am sure it will be handled as it was already with the terrible customer service. Will not use this service again.
