I dropped off the equipment at this location on Tuesday. There were no Uhaul reps. I called 1-800 #, was told that I would receive a receipt in 24 hours. I received an “equipment due” notice on Thursday. I again called the 1-800#. I was told that the rep would contact me via email before the end of the day. I received a text and email receipt the following day.

They don’t open up on Saturday and yet I had a 7am pickup. I didn’t get the truck until 3 hours later. My reservation pick up location was changed the Friday before my Saturday pick up. Instead of email a phone call should have been made and Uhaul the company should know the hours of operation.

The office was a little disorganized and there weren't any moving blankets (even though these were part of the order), so I had to go to a different location to pick those up. And there was no orientation to the vehicle.

Staff was very unprofessional. The office was open but with no staff available for assistance. After locating one staff, and being told to go back to the office and wait for another staff, who finally returned to the office. Did not greet us or acknowledge our 20 minute wait. Did not seem to rush either of the two cell phone calls she made, though they did seem to be work related. I think the issue is this location is involved in too many different rental contracts with limited, overworked staff.

Waited two hours for someone to show up to give me the keys as they were not in the key lock and for the equipment. Also, had to wait in outside in the rain and cold. My movers also had left as they had other appts. I was very upset.

Was charged 60 dollars (2 day rental) For having it for 16 hours. We said we might have it back by the end of the night, and since we returned it at 8:30 am the next morning we were charged with a second day rental fee. I called and the girl said there was nothing she could do. She called her district manager and he said to charge for 2 rental periods. I would rent from a local owner. Not this place. They don't seem to care about the customer, and are more inclined towards charging every fee possible. -CF

The pick up location is kinda scary and a little difficult to navigate your first time in. They rent RVs, Tour buses and do repairs for both and share a driveway with a highway construction company. BUT! Once at the office, Candice is who you work with and SHE. IS . AMAZING! I explained the crazy situation I was in and she was able to get me just what was needed. She explained all the minuscule details so that by the time I would finish, I would understand what my charges would be. It ain't a pretty place, but Candice makes it a place worth working with!

The clerk was very rude. U-Haul should not allow this person to represent their business. She told us to wait when there were nonither customers, then left the building. She finally came back and continued to ignore us. I finally asked her why we had to wait and she told me we were the ones who were 15 minutes late for our reservation, then finally did the transaction while making it obvious the whole time she was not happy to be doing it. She also did not explain any or the policies or procedures about renting the truck. I would never rent from U-Haul again based on this experience. It was shocking to be treated this was as a customer.

First, I would like to extend concerns with the employer and her rude behavior towards guest of U-haul. Secondly, she was not on time for me to pick up the truck she did not assist with the lock on the truck, she did not walk around the truck before I was given the keys. The truck didn't have any gas in it and I put thirty dollars in it to put on half tank. The truck needed to be cleaned out in the bed, it was full of roaches and they found a temporary home in my boxes which is unsanitary on all levels.

When we arrived the site was not open though it was 15 minutes after the posted opening. An employee noted that the manager was late. When she arrived she continued to walk on her phone. After we unhooked the trailer she said we would have to wait for an email receipt. After waiting for the receipt most of the day I returned to the location and asked when I would receive it. She was talking on a personal call and there were no other customers. She said I would get it “when it was processed.” I asked when that would be and she said “today or tomorrow.” She was polite enough but completely unhelpful.

It was hard to find the rental office because it is located so far back and the signs for it were fairly small. Also the person in the office that handled my paperwork was a little rude. I had to wait a while after coming in for her to make 5 phone calls. Also if you’re going to have a coffee machine for customers, you should make sure it’s stocked properly.
