COURTNEY MI ordered two. Dollie’s and a furniture dolly, as well as 12-pads and none of those items were given to us. We did receive a speedy refund. This was very hard on the guys that’s to help us move. Also, it really upset me due to us needed go a ovation other than the one I chose; the reason we were sent to a different location was because our chosen location did not have all he equipment ordered. I am highly disappointed and somewhat angry about this whole situation. My husband had a serious heart attack in May and we nearly lost him. That him and the others needed to physically lift and carry EVERYTHING is unacceptable.
