Not sure if it is UHaul Corporate or this location policy, but the Safe Move was put on my contract without my knowledge. It started from the request for a rental (by phone). It was added without asking a question or confirming that I want it. I noticed that it was on my contract when I first received the email link about the contract and I removed it from the services online. However, now that I have a the receipt for the move, I see that it somehow was added back into the agreement. I should have asked when I picked up the vehicle to make sure, but I assumed that since I removed it online it would not be there. In truth, either UHaul or the location should ask if I want this before adding it. When I was told the estimated price, I did not pick up that this $15 was added, as the total for the vehicle and miles was close to the total in my mind.

David S.One guy working at opening? Check out took too long. Nobody there when I returned the truck at 12:30. Should have personalized return instead of all the online crap. Didn't even know I had to take pictures until after I had dropped it off and put the key in the slot! Poor way to do business. Someone should have been there the entire time doing their job, not leaving it on the customer.
