With the U-Haul app, it said location unavailable could not retrieve a code for the lockbox. Also had no idea where the lockbox was to get the key for the U-Haul.

Luann PGive us a truck with no gas dead battery. Started off the dealer had to jump start it. Every time we stopped had to be jump.started. U haul co. Sent someone with a new battery .IT FIRED RIGHT UP.
Janet SCan’t say. Had to change trucks so they might not have had a chance to clean it. That location wasn’t bad. U-Haul corporate has been terrible.
