Make sure that if you say that you’re going to follow up with a person to figure out why there was an extra charge to the account, it gets done effectively. This has not been dealt with yet since Sunday. Running around for this on top of moving is the last thing I need to be doing.

Truck was not cleaned on outside. Bugs all over the front and the windshield was full of Bugs. Truck itself ran Very good. One Question, why not have Everyone return vehicles with a Full Tank? Would make it Much easier to judge how much Fuel to actually put in the tank.

You did not have the truck at the requested location although the website said you did. When contacted by rep it was at the other end of the city with a take it or leave it attitude. Spent 2x more driving to location area we wanted than travel to do the job. At an increases rate or 20cents or KM it was a hard swollow.

Gas tank level was marked wrong by CSR at time of checkout. But I checked before heading out, took pic, notified attendant. She made correction. Truck was in good condition. Check out was fast. Overall experience was above average. CSR can be more friendly & greeting is my only advice. Then I would have rated it Excellent.

I was disappointed with the system of gas fueling. It left you with no fuel and ripped you off at the end even if you filled it properly.

The employee at pick-up was excellent, friendly and helpful. The employee when I returned was not, he made a big deal about me not refueling the truck (after my 9 mile rental) even though the gas gauge reading (to an arbitrary amount; not full) had not changed. After I then took the truck to the gas station (which he could see from the office) he proceeded to waste more of my time by going to re-check the gas gauge and then requesting a receipt for the gas. I was honest and forthcoming with the employee and was hoping he’d be sensible and reasonable, instead he implied that I was lying about refueling the truck. The whole thing was ridiculous. It was not very good service.

Wow Not happy Ive rented a few uhauls in my life by far this is the worst location ever! They dont take you out to the truck they hand you a key and then call you having no clue when you dropped it off and to accuse you of being in an accident and that there is damage to the roof? Omg worst customer service ever used it for 4 hours returned it cleaner then what it was picked that location closer to home and paid $100 she didnt even know I paid! Not a fucking clue about what shes talking about! I do not appreciate the call at work accusing me and get your shit straight before you make a call! A move is stressful and I should have a pleasant experience! Im in customer service still after 25 would not treat anyone like this!

Better understanding of English, be more polite. Truck had garbage under the seats. I was going to book a truck and car trailer, but I said I would cancel the trailer if I sold the car before I moved, I was told no need to book the trailer, just call back a few days before we left if I still required the trailer and they would get me one. Of course when I called back, there weren’t any trailers of any kind in all Alberta! A terrible location!

May be just put some boards for Uhaul parking after store closes. Not that it matters but just so that we as customers don't park it on a wrong parking spot.

The employee was helpful when I did not want to back in to the parking stall he suggested. He said that he would move the truck later into this stall. Long wait time to get service (abt 15 min) as the location had only 1 employee for both Convenience Store and U-Haul. There was 1 U-Haul customer before me.

Rental location was changed to this one and I was not notified till I went to pick unit up at original location and they informed me that it had been changed. I was supposed to pick up the unit at 6:30am but new location did not open until 8 am. Uhaul debut machine was broke so had to physically enter card information into the computer. Did not like that the staff had to handle my card themselves. Unit had a burnt out light and attendent at the location was very dismissive about it. “It cane like that, it will be fine, no worries you tow it”. Overall I will definitely look into other rental places after this experience before choosing uhaul again.

The people at the till had no idea what they were doing. Despite having done everything online it still took 20 minutes once we arrived. When we brought the Uhaul back we were told to only fill the tank half full which we did. We then drove 100 meters and the lady tried to argue it was not half full and wanted to charge us. After much arguing and showing her a picture of the tank when we took the truck she finally deleted the extra fee. It was a huge a headache from start to finish. We will never rent from that Uhaul location again. Terrible service and no knowledge.

They need a better system for business While the lady was super friendly to me she couldn't figure out the system and when she called someone to help her he started yelling at her over the phone. She tried to answer the questions he had but he was still mean. Then when she told him I didn't want the 50 dollar insurance he demanded to speak with me to try and force me into buying the insurance. He was rude and cut me off several times. I then get in the van and realize it 3/8 of a tank. I told them because the paper work said it was 5/8. They then went ahead and highlighted 1/2 a tank which I was informed at the drop off location that it wasn't a valid way of doing the paperwork So I dropped off the van with 5/8 of a tank and didn't get any compensation. As I was leaving there was another guy picking up a trailer telling me how bad his experience was. It took 53 mins to pick up the van. Sad.

I made a reservation right next to where I was supposed to load. I get there and realized my The store was closed and my yrailer was 30min away! I get there, there's a problem with the system, it takes 45 minutes to process the gentleman in front and it took another 45 minutes to get processed myself. What a waste of my time and money! I am very disappointed with hiw things have gone. Next time, I might just rent at home depot.
