JULIE E.The lady who helped me at the Storage City location in El Dorado, KS was phenomenal. Very caring and informative. The main thing that upset me was I was quoted $59 total online and was charged more than twice that for “mileageâ€. When I get a quote I expect the price to be close to that price. I feel I was lied to. I will not be using Uhaul again because of this and will be informing my family/friends the online quote is less than half the true price. Also, I feel that Uhaul should charge people for exactly as much gas as they use and not have to try and match what the truck had in it. Just another way we're taken advantage of. Again, I was quoted $59 total online and paid $115 plus gas. I have screenshots of original quotes that are supposed to include all taxes and fees at a total of $59.
