If a customer comes in a week early you should tell them to be looking for a email and they can finish their reservation ahead of time so when they get to the location they can pick up the rental and go. It saves money for both sides. No one told me that and I hadn't read all my emails so when I got to the location I had to complete the whole process. Just a thought!!
