I was not able to rent a Cargo Van because I did not have a major credit card to place a hold. I feel that this practice is discriminatory. I had more than enough money available to cover the charges on my debit card. I was advised that I could pay with my debit card but not secure the actual rental. I had to upgrade to a 10 foot truck which was unnecessary for my needs and more expensive per mile. Many people do not have credit cards for a myriad of reasons. Preventing them from renting specific vehicles and forcing them to rent something unsuited to their needs and more expensive is exclusionist based on social class.Echo B.

Went into this location a day ahead of time to reserve truck for 24 hours. When I went in to pick up truck, I was told that I could only have it for 10 hrs. as they had apparently double booked the vehicle. After much frustration, the person taking care of me made alternate arrangements so that I could have truck for the time I needed it. This required my altering my delivery and truck return plans.Mark W.
Trailer lights worked on initial check while at the location. Shortly afterwards the turn signals stopped working - staying on solid; both coming on when left OR right was activated; brake lights on when no brake applied, etc. Seemed to be some type of loose connection. Individual who dispatched the trailer to us was very pleasant, provided helpful information about the trailer and the coverage options, and completed the required information quickly. We rented trucks twice in the past week. Both times we had to return them after the store was closed. Both times when we attempted to use the app to return them, we were unable to access it. We subsequently got charged the convenience fee because of that. Other than that we did like the check -in and drop -off convenience by using the app.JAMESD S.

Just had the worst experience I've ever had with any U-Haul dealership, or frankly any company, that I've ever had. Michael the general manager is not capable of understanding even the basics of customer relationships and seems to be looking to any excuse to treat his customers like they are the bad guys. Have several open complains and escalations pending with U-Haul so hopefully they have the ability to reign this guy in. I had things demanded of me, I was threatened, I was stalked over the course of several hours by two employees in a personal vehicle, my truck was seized in an aggressive manner after I was already charged for a full additional day while I had made every indication I was doing what they asked and returning the vehicle anyways and while I was already on the 3rd phone call with customer service. The customer service agent on my line heard the General Manger Michael say "Don't let him in the cab to look for his stuff, theirs nothing in there, just jump in and drive away" to his subordinate Conner that even she was surprised and aghast and stated 'I don't understand what they're doing and I'm sorry.' This is a U-Haul run by thugs as far as I can tell, not sure how they managed to keep operating.Samuel K.
