Did a mobile pick up for the truck. Initially did not see truck and went inside to ask establishment. Had to call support for them to give me the key to the truck.

Communication needs to be top priority for customers and it was not. I had several problems and was unable to communicate with the people at uhal this is unacceptable

Gary OI've been to many businesses that also do a small U-Haul rental, side-business. They are usually no good. This place was great! Friendly, professional, the tuck was clean and, everything in the truck worked. I will keep this location in mind for the future and if they have the size you need, I recommend them. A+ experience!
