The truck cabin was dirty and because of where this site is located, the cell reception is bad, so checking in remotely and following the instructions to get your rental proved difficult.

maxine gThis is a small business that is customer focused. Although they aren't always in the office, they readily respond by cell phone. Fortunately, he noticed one of the trailer tires were flat. It was likely fine when checked in, but had a slow leak. He couldn't have been more responsive in replacing it. The only minor improvement might be to offer a little more time on the return due to the tire repair. We were signed out at 9am, but didn't leave the lot until after 10am. No problem for us, but it might impact someone else.
