This is the dirtiest garage I've seen and the guy who was there took no responsibility for checking in the truck. I would suggest discontinuing this as a UHaul location.
Daniel HIt was unclear that the App would be ESSENTIAL to secure the vehicle and the application itself is poorly designed and confusing. The demand that folks take photos with the app. and does not allow one to take a photo and then upload it. When a location has poor cell service, like this one did, it is infuriating. additionally, my reservation did not clarify that I would have to use a key box and no employee would be present. Finally, the fan, air-conditioning and the gas gage on the vehicle were broken. The great thing was that the sole mechanic at the location took time from his job to make sure that I could find the lock box and was helpful.
