Great because it was a convenient location for us. It was closed for the weekend but we were able to an after hours drop. Cell service is really spotty in Enigma GA and the app kept freezing on us as were taking pictures of the truck. The app eventually crashed but we were able to call and make sure the drop was complete and I received my receipt. The location is right off the highway in an open lot so it made us a little nervous to just leave the truck there.

shannon rMy encounter with the U-Haul rental was rather ordinary. Firstly, the gas mileage was disappointing, allowing me to cover only 12 miles. Secondly, the vehicle was visibly worn out; the automatic gear system was malfunctioning, causing delayed shifts and excessive fuel consumption. Driving became challenging due to the sluggish gear changes. On a positive note, the truck was clean, and the rental location exhibited friendliness. However, I strongly suspect that the truck was in dire need of maintenance.
