Better coordination and more customer service that’s what needs have happened like I said previously bring the equipment. I should not have to be going in three different directions to pick up equipment when I’m renting it from you your company should be able to bring the equipment to the location that I originally rented the equipment from.
THOMAS DNeed the proprietor there and not have to rely on neighbors. The 'shop' was shut despite having a scheduled pickup time. The neighbor was very helpful and was ultimately responsible for a successful pickup. The equipment was in need of repair. Once it was dropped off, the receiving site took it out of circulation in order to put on new tires (3 out of 4).
