One of the trailer tires has a leak I noticed when I stopped for gas. Then had to stop every hour or so to add air to the tire. Made a 12 1/2 hour drive turn into a 17 hour drive.

Trailer was very dirty inside, floor was oily and I had to degrease it before use, several rope had been tied to the rails and cut short. Operator barely spoke English, he did not allow me to choose a drop off location, he did not ask me if I wanted insurance but signed me up for it anyway and did not provide me with any receipt. I contacted U-Haul rep by phone after use. He (Robert) was very helpful and offered a $25 cleaning fee and reversed the charges for the unwanted insurance. The trailer functioned perfectly and was very easy to use
Brian BWe chose this location because they would be open on Sunday - and when we returned it before it was due there was no one there. He had told us he would be there from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Also, there's no room to turn around in the lot.

darrel sAt drop off we filled the tank to 3/4 and also cleaned and swept the entire truck. However we got charged an extra $32.95. Location of drop off won’t return my calls. This truck had trash in it at pick up. When dropped off was cleaner than we received it.
