I was sent to another city where the drop off place was out of business so I had to call again for another location to that was 20 plus miles from where I already went then I was charged $44 dollars when I was told that I wouldn't be charged and had to call again to get this resolved

BODIE C.Not have your customers traveling to 3 different places to pick up their RESERVED truck, when it was supposed to be at 1 location, then saying another location, then having to go to 2 different towns. That cost US gas in our vehicle!! When we finally got our truck, we were 3 hours behind schedule, the truck was not clean, nor had it been serviced. We checked all fluids before we started out trip. By the time we got to our destination, the engine light came on and we ended up putting 1/2 quart of oil in the truck. I will say the only pleasant part was dealing with Christie and Tiffany. They were awesome!! They deserve a raise and a long vacation!!
