we went to drop off truck there first only to be told we had to go to Brush and no drop off box we called and made arrangements to drop off in Fort Morgan talking to other who live in Brush same thing happened to them

Absolutely ridiculous that these trailers do not have Jack’s! Impossible for anyone to get the trailer disconnected from their hitch without two people or in most cases for me on a weekly rental every day I needed a floor jack to get it to disconnect from my hitch! Never did I think I after nine back surgeries would need to lift a absolutely ridiculous that these trailers do not have Jack’s! I failed to check when the U-Haul Center opened and showed up at 8 AM to drop off my trailer alone, and thank goodness there was a gentleman at the rental storage units next-door who had the idea of me and disconnecting my pin from my hitch and driving forward and letting it drop to the ground so I could leave and get on with my day! I am not a happy U-Haul customer at all! In addition, I wanted to rent this U-Haul trailer size in Ogallala Nebraska and had to drive to Fort Morgan Colorado to pick it up because my move destination was closer to Fort Morgan!

The truck was not actually 15’ in length. It was around 1-1.5’ short. I had to make 2 trips instead of 1 and pay additional labor hours to my helpers. Also when trying to reserve a 17’ truck the website would revert me to the 15’, hence not able to get a longer truck. There were no other larger truck sizes available. Tried to call this morning at the rental location and no answer after several rings during business hours to voice my complaint.

We did an after hours drop off so I didn't not interact with the staff. The application that we were to use to return the truck would not allow for the photo to be uploaded which meant we spent 15 minutes and then had to wait on hold for 30 minutes with customer service to get verification of the rental being returned on time. Not a problem with the location though.

Employee training. I was told I would be getting a 16 foot box on Monday all 3 trucks were 12 foot. Actual weight limit should be clearly noted on the truck not GVWR. As posted on the side of the truck. This truck was clearly not going to carry the load I was told it would. Cost me a second trip with my pickup to complete job.

When we called because the Google direction on my phone took us to the wrong location I called and the person who answered basically said I was lying that the Google maps would take me to them but gave us their cross streets and said they are in Ft Morgan and so we got the name of their business and that's how it finally came up.
