This store owner could not have cared any less about the uhaul part of his business. Beyond that he was rude and tried charging me $10.00 for an item with and advertisement sticker for $7.00 places on it. Also there was an issue with the amount of miles charged which comes back to the lack of service. I contacted your 1800 number and got an email from the district manager. This was a huge head ache ????

Train merchant on mobile check in/out process. Also no dolly was I vehicle upon pick up. Staff and merchant needs to at least meet universal Uhaul standards. With proper training they will get better.

We dipped our trailer off at this location. I have a bad back and my husband is 70. We had no way to separate the trailer from the truck. I had told him that before I checked it in. He checked us He checked us out and then told us he could not help us because he was by himself. He told us to ask some random people on the street to help. So I left and we were going to try and do it ourself He came out of the store and said wait. He finally helped us.

I returned the trailer a day early and was billed for an extra day. When I arrived to drop the trailer off the one person there was too busy to help me unload it. Now I've been on hold for 30 minutes to get my $20 refunded. I'm not sure how my experience with you could have been much worse.

When we pulled in the guy pointed in a general direction and we had to take the trailer off ourself. Poor customer service. Never checked if we needed help. Wouldn't suggest this location.

I requested to pick up at 9:00pm which I understand isn’t normally business hours for uhaul. But I was under the impression it would be ok since this location offered it online. I did my mobile check it. Which was very easy. And I was happy with that. But then it was time to go in and get the keys to the truck and the attendant inside was very rude. Told me I wasn’t gonna get a truck tonight. Was yelling at me telling me he wanted to speak to the man of the house instead of me. Which didn’t make sense since I was there to pick up. I tried calling customer service and nothing came through. No answer on the lines. I got very upset because he wouldn’t help the situation and everything went great online. I was confused and very upset. To the point of tears. Eventually after an hour passes by he threw the keys and said here take the damn truck I don’t care anymore. I was very confused and upset and I won’t ever got back to that station again

convenience store operator was on the phone on a personal call the entire time i was trying to rent the truck. contract said gas was at half tank - it was between quarter and half, truck was unlocked when i got in it, rental dolly in back of truck was already loose (unsecured). Upon return, clerk did not come out and inspect truck, made me go back out to get the final mileage number and make sure i locked it up. so sorry to inconvenience him! worst service ever.

Uhaul customer service such. Your trailers have no way to lift them up to put on hitch other than manually. Great way to blow out back.
