I was on hold for over an hr and I wasn't able to pick up the right truck and was given another one and I didn't need it, it was more expensive it was such a hassle to get a code tor my key, the app wasn't helpful at all and customer service transferred me like a hot potato.

the truck was not parked at the building it was supposed to be at, nor at the spot where the “location photo” was taken, it was parked on a completely different street. the storage place didn’t open until 10 and we were there by 8:30 to pick up the truck, so we had to call uhaul. we were on the phone being transferred around and put on hold for an hour and a half before someone was finally able to help us and tell us where the truck was… a complete waste of time.
bethany pI rent U-Hauls often and always have the best experience at this location. Customer service is always great, vehicles are clean and well maintained, and the manager is always the most friendly and helpful person I have ever dealt with.
