Dolly was not in the truck as described. Location says open at 9 but there was no one there. Still no one there when I dropped off close to 1. Never received dolly yet I paid for it. Trucks are parked so close together it's impossible to get it back where we found it. There is no extra parking for my vehicle while using the truck

HEATH MThey insisted on using a link on my phone and taking a picture of my license. I told the kid I can't do that with my phone, but handed him my license, thinking they would just copy it, or type the info into the computer. Instead, he took a picture of my license with his phone and used the link... ridiculous. Anyway ,the truck I rented, had a bad battery... and went completely dead after sitting with just the hazard lights on (while parked along the road). The truck should not have been rented until the battery was replaced. it made the few short trips I needed from one apartment to the other, but then died before I could drive it back to the lot. Long story short, I kind of appreciate the owner taking a little off the price, but he was way too over extended at that location, to be dealing with customers, if any problems arise
Nathan CI would think with all of the uhaul locations that I wouldn’t need to go so far to pick up and drop off.
DALE BWhen we got there it was in a Sunday and there were 3 trailers BLOCKING IN MY UNIT.
