Language barrier, the trucks engine light was on and had a wobble while driving. Waited for someone to come to the counter to drop off keys and discuss issues and no one came. Had to eventually drop the keys in the drop box. If you are in a absolute pinch then I guess it will get you by.

Truck smelled like smoke, very dirty on the inside, location directions were unclear in relation to receiving keys
GRACE KI was very disappointed with the gas level of the truck. I definitely thought i would have more gas than 1/8. For someone trying to move and having to stop to get gas initially that take up time.
Erica SWithin 2 miles of my house, so very convenient. Trailer worked out great moving stuff to my son’s house. Personnel were very helpful in getting the trailer hooked up and going over information.
