This whole process of renting a truck was the MOST laid back experience I've ever had with renting a truck! I reserved, went over my time of picking up, so I called and she (lovely lady, I forget her name) extended my time to pick up. We went there paid for it and left! No wait, no hassle! Amazing experience and we will ALWAYS come back to them for our rental needs!!!!
