I don't think the rep was well trained or understood the provisions of U-HAUL. Equipment had damage to right front corner and the right fender area. Hitch was a problem both when hooking up or unhooking the trailer and required a floor jack to get it unhooked. Left turn signal/stop light both stopped working during the rental period and I was stopped by the police. I didn't ask for one, but actually, I think I should be given a refund for the rental fee !!
Loran GI dropped off tow dolly saw individuals unload the tow dolly myself and left. No assistance was offered
Thomas CGreat service in and out in 10 mins answered all of my questions and even hooked the trailer up for me
ROB DIt took too long for the representative to use the app and get me checked out and out the door. I even did all of the pre-check-in steps online, so why did it even take more than a minute? (it took more like 10 mins while the rep fumbled w/ the app on his phone, and even had to call customer support).
