The truck was parked in a parking lot which had not been cleared of snow. The truck itself had 6†of snow on it which was caked on the truck. There was no way to clean it even if I wanted to. Frankly, I accepted the truck only because I was in a rush. The truck itself could barely get to 95 kph before starting vibrate in a worrisome way.

Poor signage. Snow in parking lot wasn't shovelled. Had to climb onto trucks to find ID code. Office closed at noon.
Olgierd G.Don't make it so hard for your customer to get their money back when they show you proof that the cleaning fee you are charging then for the dirty truck has nothing to do with them. I was told the manager would call me back within 72 hours to discuss my issue. I never got a call back and my case was closed without giving me my refund. I had to contact them again and it was a tedious process to get money back that never should have been taken from me
