The location was not opened Friday evening as posted
DOUGLAS AVery very hard to find the location, google maps is incorrect, poor signage, very poor lighting, muddy. Would b ver go there again
RAYMOND EPlace was kind of in the middle of nowhere. Staff were hard to find, very vague with drop off instructions and then never checked the vehicle in for multiple hours after drop off. I had to contact U-Haul support for them to check the truck back in. Overall would avoid using U-Haul if this was going to be the drop off location again.
Kyle RReturned truck a day early only to get to drop off and it was closed,3 PM Tuesday. Person looking after the drop off was gone to pick up her kids from school. I was told by main dispatcher I would get reimbursed there for the 24 blankets not received. No one was there had to call dispatcher and they finally after 45 min on the phone completed the transaction and then hipped me on the cost of them. Put a very sour taste in my mouth. First and last experience with this company.
